Dell upgrades the Inspiron Family of convertible Tablet PC with new 11, 13 and 15-inch Skylake-based devices. They are the new Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1, Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 and Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1, and some of them offers Synaptics digitizer.

Dell gives the Skylake-U boost to its consumer-oriented Tablet PC portfolio with the announcement of the new Inspiron convertibles that are now available in the US in the 11, 13 and 15-inch format.

Originally launched during the Computex 2014 with Intel Pentium and Celeron “Bay Trail” processors, the cheap (the starting price is just $349) Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 is now available with the battery-friendly 14-nanometer Intel Celeron and Pentium “Braswell” processors, but also in a brand-new, “midnight blue” edition powered by the more powerful 6th generation Intel Core i3-6100U, that comes with a 128 GB solid-state drive (and a very nice price of only $599).

From an aesthetically point of view, the new Dell Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 is not different form last year’s models; the only notable external difference is the opportunity to choose the color of the hull in selected models: the user can choose between the standard “moonlight silver”, red and gold. The “midnight blue” is the only available hull color for the Core i3 model.

The full datasheets of the new Dell Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 shows:
