Fujitsu support websites start to show signs of -6 series of PC and Tablet PC. Between the many new devices, a place of honor is taken by the new, Skylake-equipped Fujitsu Lifebook T726 and Fujitsu Lifebook T936 convertible Tablet PCs.
Fujitsu is ready to renew its professional Tablet PC portfolio, bringing the new 6th-generation Intel Core procesors into its best devices.
During the last few hours Fujitsu websites updated bringing to light a wide range of PC and Tablet PC with final number -6: they are models that, according to Fujitsu codes, are part of a new generation of devices with a new generation of processors – for this -6 series, it will be the 14-nanometer Intel Core Skylake and Intel Atom Cherry Trail.
The Fujitsu Support website has been updated with a lot of “-6 series” devices – but from a Tablet PC point of view the great news is the coming of Lifebook T936 and Lifebook T726 that, as the name suggests, will be updated edition of the 13.3-inch convertible Ultrabook Lifebook T935 and 12.5-inch convertible Lifebook T725. At the time of writing, there is no signs of new Stylistic devices.
At the moment, there is no an official datasheet of this new convertibles, but it is almost sure that they will represent just a processor update of last year’s models. Nonetheless, it is possible a significant upgrade of microphone, webcams and biometric sensors to fully support Windows Hello and Cortana. Since they are professional-oriented Fujitsu Tablet PC, they will have Wacom EMR digitizer.
Because of the updated website, it is likely that the Fujitsu Lifebook T936 and Lifebook T726 will be officially announced in a dedicated press event in the coming weeks, with a worldwide availability before Christmas.
